You signed up for this because of a sentence you've said about yourself for years.
Probably without thinking about it much. The way you'd say your blood type.
Here's the whole training. Give it about an hour and something warm to drink.
Three people typed the same sentence within ninety seconds of each other.
It happened in the chat, about twenty minutes in. Three different people, some version of the same thing:
"I've just never been a good sleeper."
Nobody typed it to be dramatic. They typed it the way you state a fact you stopped questioning a long time ago.
That sentence is the whole reason I do this work.
Because if bad sleep is who you are, there's nowhere to go. You can't out-practice an identity. So you stop looking, you start managing, and you make peace with something that was never permanent to begin with.
It isn't who you are. It's a pattern — a nervous system that learned to stay on duty and never got told the shift ended.
Patterns can be retrained. That's not a promise about your results. That's just how nervous systems work.

Hi, I'm Josey
After years working in the behavioral health field (and spending way too many nights lying awake doing the math on how many hours I'd get if I just fell asleep right now), I knew there had to be something more than routines and supplements. There was. And what I found became the foundation for everything I now teach.
I'm a CBT-I certified Sleep and Stress Coach, and the creator of SOS: Sleep Over Stress™ with the R.E.S.E.T Method™ framework — a nervous-system-first approach to sleep that works on what's keeping your body on duty, not just what happens at bedtime.
I work with people who are tired of being tired and ready to finally understand what's actually going on.
If that's you — I'm really glad you're here.
